Should foreigners be allowed to buy farmland?

Argentina's governing bloc pulled the chapter on rural land sales to foreigners from its private property bill on 5 August after it could not secure the votes for a higher cap. The Senate passed the rest of the bill 37 to 33 early on 7 August without that chapter, leaving Argentina's existing limit in place. Where do you stand on foreigners buying farmland where you live?
