People are broadly positive about the service, with many saying they wouldn't change anything, but pricing dominates the feedback: frequent calls for lower fares, less aggressive surge pricing during peak hours or rain, and better rates or reduced commission cuts for drivers. Wait times, pickup location accuracy, and driver availability are common secondary concerns, alongside requests for more discounts/promotions and stronger safety and vehicle-quality standards. A smaller number of respondents raised app reliability issues (bugs, slow performance) and requests for improved customer service and driver treatment/etiquette.
