People are largely satisfied overall, with many saying they wouldn't change anything, but where changes are wanted the dominant theme is shipping: high delivery fees, slow or unreliable delivery times, and requests for free or faster shipping. Pricing is another major concern, with calls for lower prices, more discounts, coupons, and installment/credit options. A notable share also raised trust and quality issues—fake sellers, counterfeit or misleading products, damaged items on arrival, and a desire for stronger buyer protection, better filters, clearer product descriptions, and improved customer service, along with occasional complaints about service fees, ads, and app usability.
