Question 3Written answers
What's the one thing you'd change about how you buy them?
In their own words

People most often want cheaper prices, lower or fairer delivery/service fees, and faster, more reliable delivery times. Many also raised concerns about product freshness and quality control, clearer payment options (including cash, card, or crypto), and more frequent discounts, promotions, or bundled offers. A notable minority prefer shopping in person to check items themselves or are already satisfied and wouldn't change anything, while a few mentioned wanting a smoother, less crowded checkout experience and better app usability.
