Most respondents who offered concrete suggestions focused on lending: many want lower interest rates on loans and credit cards, easier or fairer loan approval, and higher yields on money held in the wallet. Costs and commissions (transfer fees, sending fees) were another recurring concern, alongside calls for stronger customer service (especially human support), better fraud/security protections, and clearer resolution when money is sent by mistake or stolen. Smaller groups asked for expanded features like crypto/investment trading and fewer app changes or intrusive promotional notifications. Alongside these critiques, a large share of respondents said they were satisfied and had nothing to change, describing the app as reliable and easy to use.
