Cost is the dominant driver of cancellation—people cite high or rising subscription prices, poor value for money, and general budget/financial pressure as the main reasons. The next most common theme is dissatisfied content: repetitive, outdated, or unappealing catalogs, limited new releases, and regional restrictions. Technical frustrations (slow apps, weak signal, buffering) and excessive ads even on paid tiers are notable secondary complaints, alongside simply not using the service often enough to justify keeping it. A smaller group expressed satisfaction, saying they had no complaints or found current services good value.
