Question 3Written answers
What's the one thing you'd change about it?
In their own words

The overall tone is mixed, with a broad current of satisfaction alongside frequent calls for lower costs. Many respondents said the service works well as-is and had nothing they'd change, praising speed, ease of use, and delivery. However, a large share of comments focused on reducing delivery fees, service charges, and overall prices, and wanting more frequent discounts, coupons, or promotions. A recurring secondary theme was delivery speed and reliability, with complaints about long waiting times, inaccurate tracking, food arriving cold, and slow or poor customer service/support. A smaller number of respondents raised concerns about driver pay and fair compensation, and about order accuracy or refunds when orders arrive wrong or damaged.
