Food delivery apps are part of the weekly routine in a lot of places, and they are not all the same. This is today's review poll, on the apps that bring food to your door.
Shopeefood is the clear favorite among respondents, appearing far more often than any other service. iFood also comes up repeatedly, alongside a broader mix of regional and local platforms like Glovo, Didifood, Lalamove, Wolt, Lineman, Pyszne.pl, Grubhub, Indrive, and Mercado Libre, reflecting a geographically diverse user base. A few mention niche delivery uses, such as beverage-specific services, while a small minority indicate they don't use delivery apps at all or prefer home-cooked meals.
Among those who engage with the topic, the main concerns are the treatment of delivery workers, described by several as poor or exploitative, and issues with restaurants misrepresenting menu items while still charging full price. A few also mention frustration with the sheer number of available apps making it hard to choose, and some note order-related problems like mishandled deliveries. A notable minority simply prefer cooking or don't use these apps at all.
